The Strangers

This movie works on a different level from other horror movies. It makes you feel like there is someone outside your home. It gives you a feeling that you are not safe. Did not like it at all. No story, acting, or anything that I would look for in a movie. Just a head trip. It made me just feel unsafe and paranoid. Would not recommend this to anyone. Probably causes trauma or damage to your psychological health.

this is a pretty good movie, but it loses its jazz once you find out that it is really not based on true events

Man this movie was really scary. The fact it was based on true events make it even more scary. Would you open the door at 4 in the morning . Heck no. Very scary and suspenseful. Spoiler alert, the ending will scare the crap out of you.

This is by far one of the scariest movies if not THE scariest movies I've seen. The difference in this movie & most other horror films is that these events could totally happen. If you like to be scared out of your mind then rent this! Lol

Really disappointed. What kind of idiots break into a house knowing there are people home? Dumb people, that's who. The people in the house must've been pretty dumb, because they should've been able to hide and call the police. Which makes The Strangers a very unrealistic horror movie. I'll give credit because the masks are creepy, but that's it.

Well in my opinion this movie was definately one of the best this year. No, not the first home invasion movie ever but definitely one of the best. This movie makes home invasion seem so easy for anyone to do and makes it the subject of home invasion seem so real to all that watch it. A big part is because the killers have no motive. They just enjoy watching people get tormented just as much as I enjoyed watching this movie.

Original, suspenseful, convincing. It has the best fear, the unknowing. The Strangers is a classic. "Why are you doing this?" "Because you were home." That line haunts me still. These were innocent people that did nothing wrong. The acting is good, with few potholes. The characters are not dumb, and do everything they honestly can. It's not the typical Freddy the 13th creation. Every character is cunning with a purpose. You don't get very attached to any of the characters, but when you put yourself in their shoes you feel fear because this can happen to anyone, anywhere, and any place. This is one of the few movies that actually frightened me and made me think. And it didn't take special effects to make it scary. It took three masked strangers and that's it. Best horror movie in a while.

This movie was really awesome! One of the better horror movies I've seen. It really freaked me out and I loved every second of it!

Very very very scary

This movie is really scary. I watched it at night and it scared the crud out of me. Had really scary moments like the really creepy music and the end is the scariest part!!
